Rosalind Franklin: DNA
I happened to turn on public TV last night. The Nova show was on Rosalind Franklin and her role in the discovery of DNA. I had never heard of her. Little A. knew about her and photo 51. Maybe Little A. is correct - I don't know anything. I am humbled.
For those old enough to remember life before computers and calculators - note that Rosalind Franklin did all her calculations by hand.
This is the link for the Nova program that aired August 9, 2005 http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/photo51/
